'Fit the description' only because the kids were black & young. Shameful.

That's 1 of biggest problem with some police; they don't understand the degree of harm done to victims & witnesses/peers. Some never recover
-
I think they understand. That's why the do what they do to instill fear and hate.

Really? A uniquely black experience huh? Why downplay police behavior. This happens to everyone, this has happened to me on two occassions.
-
Well, me too -- but that's the narrow exception. If you are black, it is the default behavior for many police.
-
Its the default for many police to profile anyone they see as poor and likely to possess drugs and or be intoxicated.
-
Black males have learned they will still be profiled if they look innocuous & prosperous. Blackness = guilt.

"No one was hurt" maybe not physically, but I assure you that psychologically they were.

Cowards pick "soft targets". Black women and children shouldn't be out in public unchaperoned (without adult men).

This type of harm MUST STOP NOW! This is outrageous, and those families should be financially compensated, not apologized to.
