I read the bill. It said no such thing. It only gave women a choice to view an ultrasound. Please read the bill.

An ultrasound is not medically necessary for an abortion. The only reason these bills are created is to shame women who choose to terminate.

I agree but Mello made a compromise for choice to view, not mandatory like a lot of states. Nebraska isn't New York. These are baby steps.
