We need to be VERY clear. Brutal racist police are not a workshop away from respecting Black people. It can't be trained out of them. American police have shown us, time and time again, that they can be calm, cool, and respectful - just with white mass murderers.

I agree. They all need to be removed from power. These protests need to ramp up in strength. The Democratic leadership need to bend to our will with out an ounce of backtalk lip coming from their ugly skulls. We need a Purge and we need it immediately.

We need to deconstruct we we've inherited. We don't need a police force. They were create to keep people enslaved. We need neighborhood first responders who are trained to help during times of crisis.

When police officers take workshops on sensitivity training they sit in class and clown durning the entire class. They usually only take the "State mandated" workshop because it is a part of their yearly renewal of training for their personnel files to be updated.
