This was too hard to watch. The Americans Disability Act(ADA) protects the rights of individuals with special needs. An Advocacy Agency within Arizona, should jump on this outrageous violation of this Man’s disability and civil rights. Arrest that officer!

I can't understand some thing's about America. I live in Portugal and in here we had cops sentenced to jail for things way smaller. And there is always an investigation and almost always the cops are expelled. Sometimes they don't even deserve it... how do you allow this?
