I say go anyway! They can bill you, come after you, report you to collections, but if you don't have it, you don't have it! Self First!

Unfortunately this can't work for everyone, every where. I would normally agree to go anyway, but many states have garnishment laws and such so medical facilities can file to have it deducted from your pay check, just like taxes and child support. That can hurt even more.

I completely agree with you. Something has to give. We need to change our healthcare system. We're on the same page. Just keep in mind, some states can issues garnishment orders. It would sit on their record like child support and siphon their income as soon as they get some.

I hear ya! I guess that might be a deterrent for some. Me? Not so much. I'd rather be here and have a garnishment order, than not be here. I don't believe one should live a fear based life. Sometimes you just have to choose you. There's always gonna be bullies & monsters lurking!
