Yes she is black, but more than that she is blue. Why are black folks supporting someone that put thousands of them behind bars for decades and now brags about doing the same thing they did but got away with it. @Copprivilege

They were never going to endorse her anyway, but she could have convinced some individual voters. Now, I doubt anyone affiliated with the party will support her.

It really seems like challenging questions are her kryptonite. Part of campaigning is facing less-than-fawning crowds.

It’s so strange, I feel like Harris is great in the debates (I mean not progressive enough for me, but just objectively effective) but otherwise she’s made a bunch of dumb errors. I mean her weird flip flopping on healthcare was awful.

Because, like HCR, she’s made the calculation that she can do without support/votes from this part of society. And it allows her to not have to engage these people or have to explain her establishment positions.

Anything she said to them would’ve most likely been a pandering lie anyway so both parties avoided wasting their time.
