Under the Tweet is an arrow up button. The option is in there. You access bookmarks through the search function then clicking your avi.

I obvi don’t speak for Shaun, but I think you likely have little to no familiarity of his work - because if you did, you wouldn’t see his “like” as an endorsement of the tweet’s substance. It comes off as a poor “gotcha” attempt, and he probably doesn’t have time for those
