We will not stand down the over policing of America until demilitarizing police takes place. Police are public servants. Meaning, they serve, the public. We are not the enemy. Increase civil services. Address social cries for help with compassion not criminal charges.

I don't think budgets should be cut and officers laid off. I think more thorough training is needed for our officers. Train them how do de-escalate properly, train them how to deal with mentally handicapped people. And force them to see a therapist to help deal with the stress.
