So NY is safer for POC with police on strike. It almost makes me think police create crime to boost income and ego. But that can’t be, could it?
What is the unemployment rate in NY? If they no longer want their jobs because they can't freely and wantonly kill - QUIT! It's not hard. Just don't show up or go turn your badge and gun in. I'm certain that there is a more qualified individual than you waiting to take your spot.

Well, they (NYPD protesting cops) have a right to free speech BUT, the City of NY has a right to fire each and every cop who violates their oath of Duty for Derelict of Duty. Fire all who are absent minded in “Courtesy, Professionalism, Respect” as they swore to uphold.
