There is a thing called a bail bond, only need to put down 10%. Better yet don't commit a crime.

I own a bail agency. People don’t even have to put 10% down. Most of my clients make small monthly payments.

no one should be found guilty because they can't afford a decent attorney either....have personal knowledge of someone being found guilty of a crime he wasn't guilty of just because he couldn't afford to fight the charges.
