Absolutely. Privately and publicly. They now have the best policies of any campaign.

UBI is a covert way to eliminate SS, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, unemployment benefits. Yang pretty much said this in an interview I believe with Rubin.

Regarding unemployment & food stamps, those are conditional programs in which you have to be means-tested (meaning judged by a bureaucrat if you're poor enough). Because of this, many applicants fall through the cracks and never receive help. With a UBI they get it every month.

Means-testing would be what EBT requires. You lose it when you make more income. That's what they are testing for. Your means. You get the $1000 no matter what. No means-testing. You'll get it every month without reporting anything and you won't lose it when you make income.
