Yes it does. Racism and white supremacy are embedded in our institutions and systems. Black people can make actions that harm other black people, and can be incentivized to do so if it gives them power in the system. See: Ben Carson

Are you saying this because she is a woman of color and should not be prosecuting men of color? If they are guilty of a crime, that earned them the death penalty what's the problem?
