Law enforcement and the prison/jail infrastructure have every reason not to want this -- and every reason to make that desire known to the legislature. What a damn shame.
Dear New York Legislature, You’ve been amazing this year, but to me, if you aren’t able to pass the Marijuana Regulation & Taxation Act, it will be a major disappointment. It’s not just that other states have already done it - it’s that you now have the votes to get it done.

Dear New York Legislature, Why are you looking to ban vaping flavors and restrict access to a product that allows combustible smoking cigarette adult user to switch to something that is at least 95% safer and would benefit the minorities as they smoke at much higher rates.
