A new study of thousands of Facebook pages of American police officers found that at least 20% of current cops made overtly bigoted posts.
Once they retired the number jumped to 40%.

Your study is baseless rhetoric and you call it research. The constant BS, of police bad, police racist, is causing moral in police work to be in the toilet. A small % of cops are racist and should be dealt with, but storylines like this make it unsafe for all Law Enforcement.
