I like Castro holding police accountable for when they witness improper activity on the part of another policeman. This more than anything is how bad police officers get away with bad behavior. I also want to see mental health trained officers responding to mental health calls.

I see what you are saying but police are just part of the problem. We have legislation that treats black people as insurgents and when we focus solely on police we ignore the systemic and structural roots of the problem i.e. CB...no funding, no police.

Question : where is the accountable aspect when an officer or officers are doing dirt, shouldnt the public know the names and actions of officers who are guilty of profiting from drug selling, prostitution, community extortion..?
