You're absolutely 100% right!!!!
You're right my mother used to have it, and we were always paying out of our pockets.
It really is
We think the obvious conclusion is #HomeDepot4All!
A single payer system is also good for the economy because it takes the cost of providing health insurance away from employers and reduces costs. It also makes it easier to change jobs or become self-employed, as is the case here in Canada.
I just went to @RepShalala town hall - she said we pay more for medical because of administrative costs and that medicate for all would cost us jobs - she needs to be primaried
I grew up in Europe and this is not correct. True single payer healthcare is not “the norm,” a multi-payer system with cost controls is.
I’m 40, have Medicare, and everyone else should be so fortunate.
When I say #MedicareforAll, I’m only advocating for everyone else to get the good thing I already have.
And I bet you Home Depot's legal department is on pins and needles now.
Truth. At the same time, it's sweet that people making just above minimum wage, took time away from one of probably several jobs, to pitch in and make this happen for a family in need. But, yes, America needs national health from prenatal care through nursing home to hospice.
OMG! The answer to this is to call your damn insurance company to see a a walker is covered for your kid and not run to home depot to build one. Read the article. Or the headline.
Even though I agree with the overall premise universal health Care. Why didn't the family call the insurance company
Charity seemed to work in this case. Why not allow charity to be more involved? Why must the federal government be involved?
When you or someone you know needs that charity, but it doesn't come & you go bankrupt or a loved one dies, let us know how you feel then. Because, of course, it'll only matter if it affects you personally.
Some much for the so called "greatest country in the world".
Home Depot funds the most conservative politicians. They’re actively working to eliminate any chance of what you’re discussing.
Seeing that kid just.... breaks my heart.
I live in a middle income country which has medicare for all and that child wouldn't need any super hero looking for promotion to get that. It's not even news in my country.
