Is there some sort of rule that says he must be vague & cryptic. Why cant he say that if it had been any other American he would have been charged,and the only thing preventing it is the office of president. Hes got like 1000 former prosecutors who've signed a letter to back him
I agree with you. The way it’s written leaves the door open for misinterpretation. People cannot sway back and forth due to a lack of understanding if you state plainly, based on the investigation it is evident that the President obstructed justice.

More important than that statement is when he implies that we didn’t charge trump for obstruction because we weren’t allowed to.
But it does remove 90% pf the Russian issues from the report thus only leaving 10%, but to #CentristDemocrats, they still want a Nuclear War with them, that is what they wanted in the first place if Clinton would have won.
And it doesn't condemn him. It does nothing of substance, like everything to come out of Washington.
To me, Robert Mueller just said he won’t answer hypothetical questions if he is subpoenaed to testify. Am I wrong?
I might have thought it was a waste of time for Mueller to just say vocally what was already in his report...but someone told me that GOP Rep. Amash did the same at his town hall, and Republican voters there who only watch Fox News only *then* understood Mueller's conclusions.

Based on the indictments Mueller DID issue, one thing is clear: The ‘benefactor’ of Manafort, Stone, Flynn, Cohen, & Russia’s criminal activity was the same person: Trump. Based on Mueller’s statement, another thing is clear: It’s Congress’ job to hold a President accountable.
Why does he have to say it this way?! Why can’t he just say it clearly. What I got from his speech is that there is no evidence to charge Trump with anything!!
