Meet #CharlesRoundtree.
Just a kid. A teenager.
Shot & killed by the San Antonio Police while sitting on the couch watching television.
He was unarmed. Non-violent. Broke no laws. Was not a suspect.

The San Antonio Police lied about all of this. It’s 1am in the morning. In less than 9 seconds, the officer knocks on the door, shines his light through it, and then unloads his gun. Nobody was armed.

Thanks! Can you imagine this happening in a suburban middle class white neighborhood? I grew up in one & I sure can’t. Police were deferential & polite & waited at door until owner opened it, & didn’t come in until invited.
