All convictions based SOLELY on selling Marijuana should be pardoned. If other crimes are involved (esp. violence), that's a different story.

I still need to listen to the podcast, but getting ppl out of jail is incredibly frustrating. I’m not sure how Michigan is doing it, but in CA it’s like an expungement process, which costs a lot more $ than anyone in jail has and takes months to years because of paperwork and

While this issue is INCREDIBLY important,and I’m glad ur raising awareness about it, I’m wondering if uv looked into programs in Oakland where the city has required that half of all marijuana biz permits go to low income and ppl w/ 420 convictions. I hope more states are doing
