      What a story! In 2015, Helen Gym got into City Council in the fifth Democratic slot and with only 1,270 votes from the sixth place -- which would have left her off Council.       Dem delegation to next City Council will be 7 years younger than the current 14 Dems, with 1 fewer white member, & 1 more black member. Of 17 seats, 2 at-large are secured for minority party. One district is controlled by R but will face a challenge in the fall. #PhillyVotes
