The other option was to fire him and the union overturn it, in which case he's still a cop and taxpayers pay out waaaay more.

& that’s part of what needs to change. Put their pensions on the line. Make them have to get representation out of their pockets & put their homes up like these Black mothers & grandmothers end up having to do! I bet the brutality will lessen overnight! & Don’t hire them again!
