What we are learning is that many district attorneys like @kimoggforda have learned the language of reform, but they don't have the heart for reform. They talk it but don't walk it.

The Country in general would be better off without recreational weed...and the Black Community in particular would benefit greatly if heavy weed use was kicked to the curb. Weed inhibits sensible thinking and the making of intelligent choices in life.
