Education has always been a focus of @JulianCastro His 2012 DNC convention speech “It Starts w/Education” is a must watch. His passion, fighting spirit,energy etc. all come thru as he delivers the critical msg. @castrocountry @JoaquinCastrotx

These are good proposals. Some of the financing language is a little vague, though, and I have questions about how the student loan payback works, but the overall premise is on point.

It sucks that everyone not named Bernie (or @MikeGravel) has a nice policy-point here, or there. But lacks the whole package from top to bottom.

Who will also get the votes to increase the spending necessary to pay the faculty a fair wage according the the Cost of Living? This needs to addressed as a System (because it is), tuition costs are symptoms. We need a fix without unintended consequences

Is he also the only one who has a comprehensive immigration policy so far? I think immigration is a lot larger of an issue amongst voters than the Democratic candidates think.
