I call it the Obama Curve. It's when you have been blessed by Obama in some way, particularly having served with him in office, your demonstrated political views & history don't actually get graded & scored on their own merit, but get scored on a favorable Obama Curve.

If I may chime in. Biden is supposedly the most admired by people of color. Why? He isn’t for legalizing cannabis which would immediately stop part of the disparity between whites, blacks, the police and weed. Not for legalizing is a deal breaker. Don’t forget his plagiarism.

Yeah, he'll just yell SOCIALISM, that will work. This ain't the 80s or even 08. Young people will not vote for Biden, and they don't watch CNN.
If Ted Cruz took time off from the Senate, made millions giving speeches to special interests, then ran for president claiming they would reign in those very industries, we would think that was bullshit.

First debates haven't even happened yet. My thought is let's see how ALL of the candidates do on all the important issues and the rally behind that candidate. That is important. We ended up where we are now because we couldn't get be had the party nominee. Let's not do that again

Biden definitely has his faults, which are why I'm not supporting him in the primary. However, if he's the nominee, he's 1000% better than the current occupant of the White House.
