Yeah basically - Oberyn’s spear that he stabbed the Mountain with was covered in poison made from manticore venom. Qyburn brought him back from the dead or made him a zombie or whatever using necromancy (he got kicked out of the Citadel for using it)

I am of the opinion that he was NOT a zombie. I don’t believe he actually ever “died.” He existed almost in suspended animation as a result of Qyburn’s crazy-ass experiments. Frankenstein’s monster, almost.
