I won’t vote for anybody that does think the right to vote is inalienable. So far, Bernie is the only one that believes that. Therefore, he is the only one I can vote for. And I’m not just talking about the primary.

I find this interesting & it reminded me of something, though not entirely related; a few years ago I remember a petition that went around where ppl were demanding for 9/11 to be a national holiday. Many were in favor. Why is it that we can welcome the idea of a day off to”grieve

But not the idea of a day off to vote to assure that ppl get a say in gov. & can help assure that other tragedies don’t occur. It still boggles my mind to this day.

Because one of those would be more fuel to the jingoist, racist, religious conservatives of America and the other is giving people a say in if they want another 9/11 from the next country invaded by GOP initiative in the name of American CEO profits. They don't WANT more voters.
