I live in East TN now, and I've never been asked that as a first question when I meet someone. Yeah, there are a bunch of racists here, but there also were when I lived in the Northeast. White supremacy doesn't just exist in the rural South.

Sure. Tennessee's got a lot of racism and other BS we need to fight against. But we've also got the Highlander Center's 80 year history of anti-racist organizing, as just one example. Meanwhile, the racist President was born and raised in NYC.
There’s plenty of racism to go around. People move every day and bring their beliefs with them. As I said, my comment was religious in orientation. I have experienced profound hypocrisy with the most religious among us. That’s all.
Casada and Cothren conspired to commit a hate crime against a black activist. They tried to submit a fraudulent email to the police in an attempt to have the activist sent to jail. Had they been successful an innocent black man would be locked up right now. THIS IS URGENT!
