I agree with legalizing it everywhere. But it's not confusing to know that it isn't. It is also not an excuse... especially when it's hidden in a secret compartment of an Arizona Iced Tea.

I’m with you Shaun, but the fact it was hidden wont help him. It’s absolutely absurd that it’s not legal federally at this point. It also sucks to see an athlete have to go through this when we all know full well how helpful this plant can be medicinally for them.
