Let me put my political philosophy for presidential campaigns on the table. If you say you believe something today, but don't have a clear demonstrated history of fighting for that thing before the campaign, and are between 40-80 years old, I just don't believe you.
So when @ewarren says she cares about income inequality and gives a speech on it and unveils sweeping policies to address income inequality...
GUESS WHAT?
I believe her.
Because she's been fighting for this for decades.
She'll fight for it win or lose.

When @CoryBooker comes out and says he wants to decriminalize marijuana and make sweeping criminal justice reforms central to his campaign....

He knows those issues and has proposed courageous legislation on them.

When @BernieSanders speaks out against racism, income inequality, worker's rights, housing accessibility and affordability, criminal justice reform, the environment, etc.

The hairs on the back of my neck were standing on end hearing her talk about her mom at #SheThePeople2020 yesterday. She has spent her career fighting for working people, and it's based on living in that reality. I love her.
If she does hit the general and actually starts taking plutocratic money, though, much of that is likely to fly out the window. Obama was in the tank, and she'll be in the tank as well if that happens.
