This is deeply disappointing, to be honest.
Of the Top 10 Democrats, only @PeteButtigieg is taking money from lobbyists. He's been asked repeatedly to refuse.
All of the other top candidates signed a pledge not too. He passed.
It's a red flag.https://www.huffpost.com/entry/pete-buttigieg-only-top-tier-2020-democrat-lobbyist-donations_n_5cbe09d6e4b0f7a84a73681d?07h …

Yay? Just want to make sure that folks don't forget that there are lobbying groups out there that are good for Democrats (see: trial lawyers) and to not paint all lobby/PAC money with such broad strokes.

It’s 2019, you don’t need as much money to reach the masses, social media has made campaigning easier. The rest would go to travel, payrolls, equipment, and events. Media and travel are typically the most expensive in campaign budgets

I work in advertising, this is not completely true. While fractured media has led to greater efficiencies in buying, the cost of targeting has gone up. On top of that, TV still delivers when comes to eyeballs and that's not stopping anytime soon.
