Agreed. The insurance industry has to turn into a real competitive market in order to make it affordable and accommodative (which is what @realDonaldTrump wanted all along). Government funded healthcare is not the answer.

I will never understand why people think the working masses *love* their private insurance. It’s complicated, overpriced, & passes judgement on which treatments/preventative care we’ll receive based on its own profit margins.

At least everyone would have access to the same payer plan. Now reimbursement level depends on each company’s profit margin/negotiated rates w/ providers. At least if govt is sets standards, there are checks and balances among branches. If it’s no different, why the resistance?

Here is the problem, once we say “for all”, you’ve empowered government to take from all. Many Americans want to pay less for their healthcare than it costs. That means, so@done has to pay more then their healthcare costs to make up for it. This is legalized theft!

Yeah the GOP is already giving the 1% millions of dollars in tax cuts, but providing all Americans with life saving healthcare is the real theft Our systems are broken and have only gotten worse. We already live under the thumb of government, don’t you get that?
