Not to speak for all of the United Kingdom but the ability to walk into any hospital, anywhere and be treated is probably our greatest state-given right. Oh, and we don't have handguns.
I believe in this with my whole heart. We are the only developed country in the world that does not offer healthcare as a right. Instead, big insurance companies CEOs are reaping billions and billions in profits off of us as we struggle to pay for insurance.
