1. Those of us currently in Cincinnati only wish this were real. It’s reform prevention disguised as reform. Violent offenders can still buy freedom.

2. Most non-violent offenders stay locked up or take on huge debt, regardless of guilt or innocence. The bail industry remains a corrupt cash cow. Not being affluent remains a crime.

The KY might refer to the Cincinnati metro area - Cincinnati is on the OH/KY border, a lot of the suburbs are in KY.

need to make sure black folkz are gettin out to vote there. seven of every 10 cincinnati voters stayed home according to wvxu. why are folkz self disenfranchizing? that is a real problem in our community that we folkz need to make a point of stopping in its trackz.
