More so it is directly a windpipe choke vs a blood choke which would render you unconscious. The forearm is under the chin directly comepressing the windpipe.

Sincere question: is it even ethical for Dr. Eli J Kleinman, a hematologist, to give sworn testimony outside of his training and expertise that contradicts the medical examiner? If acting in good faith, why not defer to the forensic pathologist?

I call it “strangulation”. These guys got away with murder, and there is no debate there is only dictorial enforcement. The entire law enforcement system needs to be restructured, demilitarized, and strongly regulated.
