This came up during our campaign often. Specifically, putting legalization on the ballot. In TN, we've disenfranchised thousands of folks for possession who wouldn't be able to vote on that initiative. I always said the convo needed to start there. Glad to see it's national.

Why do we need one to accomplish the other? Why do we let the for-profit marijuana industry set public policy on justice reform? NJ should VOTE NO on legalization because nowhere in America has Marijuana led to decreased bias & sentencing in our justice system.
