Well, they only have sheep and flightless birds to hunt..... So semi automatic weapons are a bit redundant.

Yet, they hunt neither sheep nor flightless birds in New Zealand. We get the impression that in the US, gun owners include human beings on their hunting list. By the way, no one *needs* to hunt anything unless they're actually starving.

In most countries that don't have strict gun laws (unlike my country, Australia), humans are on "hunting list". Just so you know, there are quite a few people who live off grid and do need to hunt for food.

Those who hunt to fulfil their needs are of course excused. They're nothing like people who hunt for sport.
