We need to look at likely voters not potential voters...and weight for 2016 AND 2018 actual turnout. I want more people to vote but until we fix voter registration we should be smart about how we read polling data.

One of Bernie's strengths is turning potential voters into likely voters. Lots of people who don't always vote came out in the primaries for Bernie, but apparently stayed home in the general. The goal should not be to convert Republicans, it should be to lure latent Dem voters.
