Julian Castro is from San Antonio, which if you look on a map, is not on the border with Mexico like El Paso is. Beto said he’s the only one who’s running who is from the US/ Mexico border. He didn’t use the words ‘border state.’ @chucktodd misquoted him and needs to correct it.
