I liked the video. But struggle with it because the Star Spangled Banner and its author are deeply problematic. I wrote about it here: https://theintercept.com/2018/09/13/national-anthem-meaning-colin-kaepernick/ … Centering it, of all songs, is problematic to me.

As most people know, the more you pay attention to the lyrics the more uncomfortable the song becomes. As most haven't considered, we CAN change the song if we want to. Also worth exploring how it became a fixture at sporting events especially televised (hint advertising)
