Some ppl deserve the death penalty. Like the man the just killed that poor little 9 yr old girl and stuffed her in a duffel bag. My daughter is 9 I couldn't even imagine. Don't you have kids??

No. Its dictatorship. California voted on this but he didn't agree with the outcome of that vote. So he's imposing his will over the will of voters. That's wrong.
