The people that deserve the death penalty are the rich white billionaires, who allow thousands to die each year unnecessarily. Also their executions should be public, might as well get some entertainment out of it.

cause my tax dollars pay for all the murderers to sit in prison for years. meanwhile the murder rate climbs and the state gets more in debt. sounds like a great plan. they are not utilizing the death penalty enough !
