Man some of the cops in this city can’t solve homicides out of fear of incriminating *themselves*. I agree that small amounts of pot are a waste of time, but Baltimore isn’t gonna get better until poor families get more advantageous (as in, exclusive) access to opportunity.
1/2 of homicides in Baltimore go unsolved. But the police spend time arresting people for possessing marijuana, which is a waste of limited resources.
