One item that struck me was where are the legal assistants? Are prosecutors doing all work? Sometimes it is not is said, but what is not said. Including staffing and other aspects in any study peaks my curiousity. Statistics! :)
Dear @AdrianGarciaHTX. TODAY's vote is about what public safety look like. How do we SHRINK @kimoggforda's budget? Her office prosecutes thousands of cases that other elected DAs would simply dismiss. Meanwhile, 1/2 of murders and rapes go unsolved. Use $ to fix that problem?

As a statistician, I question everything and my first thought is always why. Typically followed by what are the statistically proven factors that give solid validity to the question at hand. An independent statistical study relating to caseloads & staffing is required for me.
