Nope, there's no statute of limitations in NC, so he could be charged for rape of #MeredithWatson at any time.
In MA it's 15 years, so he could still be charged this year for assault against #VanessaTyson if the charges are filed before July of this year.
At this point I'd be surprised if he's ever cleared of wrongdoing... It could be that he's not convicted of criminal charges, not charged, or possibly even not removed from office....But cleared is very doubtful, IMO.
