Yes. Crystal Mason was sent to prison for voting. She used her name. Her ID. Voted at her location. Was told by poll workers everything was fine. The prison won't transfer her to a halfway house because of a detainer by Tarrant County for a septic tank violation at her house from last year. Conveniently filed just as she was about to see daylight again. Tarrant County is scared of Crystal Mason having a voice.

This is a tiny misdemeanor. She's getting the run-around just trying to get a bond. It's absolutely shameful.

Sounds like something that should be a civil matter. Malicious prosecution, personal retaliation under color of law, should land the DA a substantial sentence, in addition to forfeiture of the privilege of practicing law.
