Eactly, agree 100%. Black people have got to be more strategic. We need a 100 year strategy that identifies, trains and grooms future black leaders. We need a constant supply of critical and strategic thinkers with vision.

Expect a news story in the next few days that this is “under investigation” and that the “department takes these matters seriously” and “the officer in question is on paid administrative leave”.
They will also fight all calls to release the name of the officer and if they do release it they will release it weeks later after all the mainstream attention dies down. #IanCovey.
I am completely horrified that 66% of Americans believe this is fake news.. The minimization of all these situations has left me heart broken and frustrated with society.
They don’t believe that they know it’s true they just don’t want to be called out on it..think about how upset a racist gets when called a racist...still a racist

Sounds like that officer tried to kill him. I’m thankful to god he didn’t but justice needs to be served because this young man shouldn’t have been shot PERIOD!
If the officer used unnecessary force against a minor and this is proven, then and only then will that officer need to face justice from the court of law. Until the facts are released and the investigation competed, take a breather.
I think that sometimes people forget, facts aren’t always released.
Liars always slip up. We as a community just need to press for transparency and accountability, hold those that obstruct accountable.
