Schools don't usually regulate yearbooks. They leave that up to the students

There are many, many examples of schools blocking student yearbook entries, although those are mostly at middle and high schools. I couldn't find an example at a med school where adults may be given more leeway.

This is completely unacceptable. Yesterday he admitted being in the photo, which is clearly racist - and today he says it wasn't racist???!!

He just said he wasn't in it - he "doesn't think it was him in the photo?!" I would rather he just admit it was him and apologize, instead of this sloppy denial.

Even if he wasn't the one in the photo obviously he knew it was on his ultra privileged yearbook page. And his off-the-cuff answer last night shows he doesn't take racism seriously. He must have tons of advisors and even time to make PR video but he didn't take time to remember?
