How do u prove a negative? How does one go about proving they never setup a GoFundMe they stole? Can’t exactly provide a GoFundMe account and show the funds if u never had one. Burden of proof matters. If u make a claim support the claim

This young lady accused you of doing harm & stealing but now you’re the bad guy because you want to protect your name & standing in the community. These folks need to understand that actions have consequences & you can’t accuse someone of a crime then when challenged, say my bad

She raised a concern that has been raised about him in the past. Also, Shaun actively acknowledges that the criminal justice system is anti-black, so why use that same system against a black woman

This isn’t about black women. She’s not the only one who received that letter this is about his brand and he told everyone that it was coming before it happened.

The way he developed his brand is the reason people don’t like him in the first place

Can u elaborate? I’m not a loyalist so I’m not clear on what bad brand building he did? I have issues with some of his conclusion jumps but I never heard arguments on how he built his name? This is a genuine request not snark just to be clear

People feel free to chime in but much of Shaun's clout came from years of successfully raising funds for black people/families harmed by injustice. He was accused of stealing that money in the past by the same white supremacists that attack him daily.

The accuser now is black.

So am I, but I have perpetuated unsubstantiated and false rumors about Shaun that were started by racists. She could have made the same mistake.

I have no dog in this fight (yet); however, wouldn't it be unethical to post the receipts online (things that contain personal information)? I would think most of that would be blacked out anyway. I'm not understanding how he could post such proof online (I'm also no law buff).

If no one has given proof you’ve done anything wrong, then maybe just challenge them to produce it. If they don’t you’ll have won.
