I mean the guy litterally chased the cop and wrestled him to the ground....bruh, thats not right. THAT is probably what led the bystanders to jump in.
Supposedly bystanders were off duty cops or not in uniform etc
Even if they were construction workers...they were helping the officer who was struggling with another grown man. He took off running, so you know he couldn't handle the smoke. Took 4 adult males to get the guy down. Surely we aren't mad at the cops & citizens?!
Did the officers have body cams and if so have you reviewed the footage?
