When politicians say they are against the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, & Sanctions) Movement, but are then proven to regularly support other national & international boycotts and sanctions, that’s just code for how little they respect the human dignity of Palestine.
Either we are going to outlaw ALL boycotts and ALL divestment and ALL sanctions or none. But it can’t be the case that it is legal in this nation to boycott EVERYBODY and everything except for Israel. That’s not going to fly. Israel has had war crimes and human rights abuses.

2 issues— 1) this is a democracy and we are allowed to boycott. Period. 2) Israel is practicing apartheid against #Palestinians and should be pressured by the US, including by boycotts.
